Why do rules disappear from ipfw?

Good afternoon.
Faced such a problem.
I expose shapes through pipe (there are quite a lot of them).
Everything works .. I'm glad ... but let's say on the trail. day I discover that some IPs lack rules for pipe.
Where can they disappear and go? Rummaged everything ... who can tell.
