How to track traffic on a FreeBSD-based LAN?

Hello.
There is a server based on FreeBSD 9.2.
We set the task to count the traffic of the local area, who downloaded or sent a byte according to what given conditions.
Previously, this task was successfully solved on netams3, everything suited.
Now netams3 from the ports does not work on this fra, netams4 manually requires a lot of files.
I went through several other counting rhymes - I did not like anything.
A counter is needed with the ability to account for traffic according to various criteria (port 80, mail ports, RDP server ports, etc.) so that you can identify leaders at the end of the month and reward! ;) I would like a conclusion through the web interface and the ability to choose accounting periods.
Tell me, please, a rhyme for my task.

Change the axle and use netams, it's easier than driving a freighter for everyone.

/ We set the task to count the traffic of the LAN / but how is this possible if the PCs do not send requests through the gate?

Put any collector and wrap a copy of the packets on it with a firewall in tee mode. Of the easy-to-learn collectors, I can advise ipcad.
