Free Wi-Fi Internet in the cafe

Gentlemen, I ask you to prompt and help, to whom you can turn for the next service.
My friends have 4 coffee shops, which are located in shopping centers. We decided to provide our visitors with free access to the Internet.
It would seem that the task is simple, to get dedicated access, with an unlimited rate and high speed, and distribute it with a router to 15-20 ports.
However, in the shopping center you can get the Internet only at the shopping center itself, i.e. use only the provider or the tariff that they offer. It's unrealistic. Firstly, paid traffic, and secondly, sky-high prices.
I don’t know how to bring another provider to the shopping center for myself personally.
We are talking about such shopping centers as GUM, European, etc.
If anyone has any guesses, please tell me.
Thank you.

UPD. There is no landline phone.
UPD. The average number of tables is 35. I do not think that more than 12-15 will go online at the same time.

From the nearest residential building, throw a channel into a cafe with a stronger directional antenna.

If they have a phone number, you can try ADSL.

or comstar, why, they have an unlimited 690 r / month and a Wi-Fi point costs the same.

but!
usually in such shopping centers with one provider they are jammed :( so you may have to negotiate with a provider who is definitely nearby so that they run a lane, usually in such cases several organizations / offices are thrown off at once in a shopping center or business center
somewhere it was on habré on this topic, to remember now ...

if your only option is limited internet, take a closer look at systems like hotspotsystem.com This works - you can limit by time, traffic volume, channel width per client.

Try to negotiate with neighbors in the shopping center, who are already connected to the Internet, on sharing and, accordingly, on payment.

It seems that such use of any operator is contrary to the contract concluded before the service. In particular, everyone has an item - for personal use. And for legal entities, prices are always higher.
In the listed malls, there is probably beeline wifi. Try to find out from the managers of the beeline about the prices for providing free access to your visitors. It is their own, and not the installation of a beeline wi-fi free point. For example, in Starbucks, in order to use the bee Internet, you need to ask for a sticker with access data when buying. One sticker for one check - access for an hour. I think it's ideal.

By the way, I want to say more about the type of access point. If you leave it unencrypted, then any Vasya Pupkin will be able to break any user of the access point and steal passwords / pin codes of credit cards, etc. etc. because the connection is not encrypted in any way.
It is better to generate access keys on a check. I don’t know about the laws, but perhaps this way it will be possible to get around the problem of the “publicity” of the access point.

The most effective way is to negotiate with the administration of the shopping center. To please in every possible way, to give gifts, etc.
Among the alternatives are spoiled relations with the owners of the shopping center and the continuous struggle for their right to use the Internet from other operators.

Beeline wi-fi, also known as the former Golden wi-fi… Set up for reception and distribution in cafes…
It is possible to purchase a tariff for a wired and wireless connection.
Those. you can try if someone already has a Beeline Home Internet connection at home.

Maybe a crazy option, but just everything that is possible has already been listed.
