Can I connect to someone else's internet?

For example, I found a username and password from a router that is connected to the Internet, I was able to enter it, it was not my router that appeared there, but someone else's, can I somehow connect to this Internet? So that I can use the Internet not my own, but the one that got access.

You can go to mine gold for the country for four years.
Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Art. 272, part 2. Selfish interest is obvious here :)

If this router is located close and it is possible to connect to it via Wi-Fi.
Otherwise, you still have to use the Internet to connect to this router, and what will be the difference then, that you are sitting through your own Internet, that through your own + someone else's router?
