Framework for writing SPA with TypeScript?

I plan to write a web client for my imageboard. Not big, approximately 1-2 thousand lines. Very simple interface, without complicated elements.
I came across TypeScript, and I realized I want to write in it, because. my main language is C#. But I came across the fact that there are few frameworks and libraries, plus, I have little experience in the front-end world.
