Forever & logging (on the way to production)

Good afternoon, colleagues. Help with this question:
I'm going to soon "go to production" (express + mongoose), I set myself forever, since other similar autorun tools did not work quickly (I looked at toster.ru/q/38237 here, read habr, cursed and went on vacation). Now I launch my application like this: forver app.js (I did not touch any settings).
How can I set up logging? Something along the lines of:
time xx - application restarted because...
time xx - file such and such not found
time xx - page not found/failed request and blah blah
I would also be happy to receive information in Russian or English about what to watch and tweak before leaving for production. I saw such questions periodically on the toaster, but I can’t find the whole material yet. In fact, what you need is to somehow test the application for load and set up logging. m?
