How to setup devServer webpack for socket.io server?

Good afternoon!
Can you please tell me how to run ws server on socket.io via devServer?
The bottom line is this - there are working devServer webpack settings, which gives html with a bundle. I want to add websocket to socket.io based project and I can't run socket.io server via webpack in dev mode.
