Without a monitor, you can't see anything at all! ;)
And if you have a monitor, everything that can pull Win10 will do.

Norm, the only thing better is to take a video card from another manufacturer, because palit has poor cooling.

The hardware is fine, but the monitor... are you sure you want to design on a cheap TN gaming monitor?
