Computer turns on but nothing happens?

There is a computer, the other day I worked, I didn’t catch it with my foot a lot, everything hung tightly with a strange sound, turned it off and that’s it. Today, having launched, I received a Boot loop. There was already such a problem, and everything was fixed by cleaning the inside from dust. So now, I cleaned it and the boot loop was gone. But now the computer turns on, all the fans work, the disks seem to start up too, but there is no picture on the monitor, the mouse and keyboard do not light up, and, in principle, the computer works endlessly.
P.S. There is no speaker, and, in fact, there are no signals either. What could it be and how to fix it?

There are usually LED indicators on the motherboard and case, pay attention to them, also check the video cable / video card

Maybe the monitor is broken or the interface cable is damaged

Turn off all peripherals. Hard drives, drives. In general, everything. We leave only the RAM, percent, and if there is no built-in video (vidyahu). Turn on watch
