Your RAM is too small, I would take 2x16 and with a higher frequency, 2666 will not be enough. And changing the SSD protocol from ahci to nvme is a moot point. Depending on what you collect the computer. Nvme does not cope well with small files, but well with large ones, ahci has the opposite situation, which is why the latter will boot the system faster.
I also do not understand why atx board format
