First job in the specialty?

I get my first job in my specialty, before that I did not conclude any contracts at several jobs and was a temporary worker. Now, fate decreed that I was making a website for a small company, and now I decided to get a job with them for a small amount of money to work for the sake of experience (I'm in my 2nd year as a programmer), I almost don't rummage in accounting and related issues, so I want to know from you the following:
1. What type of contract should be drawn up? I will work part-time, only a few hours a day to devote to the site.
2. What is the best way to ask that my position be recorded in the work book? The director of the company said that they can write whatever they want, they say he is going to meet me. Although I will only serve the site, but the director said that he could at least register as a "leading specialist in working with the site."
3. What problems can newcomers have at their first job?

1. The type of contract, IMHO, is not your headache. Whichever company will offer (and which one will suit you), take it. The main thing is to read it before signing;)
2. Why do you need it? Amuse CHSV? Then ask to write down the way you want. Future employers are unlikely to be impressed by the title of the position. "O! Look, the guy worked as a lead site specialist! That's it, we'll take it right away!" It is logical that they are interested in what you really know how and what you actually worked with.
3. It all depends on your responsibilities.

Well, all the same, the position indicated in the labor should reflect the nature of the activity. A leading or non-leading specialist is not so important, but working with a server or with annual reports - there is a difference :)
And the main problem will be if you lose your job in 3-4 months, even if of your own free will. They look at it, and usually regard it as a dismissal (and PSG is like a former boss took pity so as not to spoil his career to the end). Well, for a student, it’s lack of sleep and sometimes overwhelmed sessions.

There is only one type of contract - an employment contract. I think their accounting department has a standard form of an employment contract. Therefore, otherwise you will not receive an entry in the work book. Don't worry so much, there's nothing here. Settle down, look around and everything will be fine.
“Leading specialist in working with the site” - in my opinion sounds ridiculous. Just use the specifics, depending on what you know how to "coder", "php programmer", "webmaster" or "web developer". This is fine.

As for labor, it would be better if they write what will be in your dimpom after the university. Of course, if you are going to work in your specialty.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get any specifics ... I asked an accountant friend, he said that it was necessary to draw up a “fixed-term employment contract”, because I would not work 8 hours a day and not in the office.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
