Firefox. Broken adaptive mode?

Hello!
Question for those who use Firefox in web development. After updating from version 47 to version 48, the adaptive mode broke. Those. when you press Ctrl+Shift+M nothing happens. OS Ubuntu 16.04 x64. And then I found out that the same version 48 is also buggy in Windows 7 x64 on a completely different PC. The 49 and 50 versions behave similarly.
As a temporary solution, I had to install version 47 from the archive repositories and block the package.
I did not write bug reports, I decided to ask here first. Who can confirm?

Only a profile reset helped. Apparently some rare bug

@zooks

Works for me (version 51.0b1 (64-bit)).
Alternatively, if there is a conflict between hotkeys, press F12 and there is a Responsive Design Mode button on the right.
