Does the Megaphone Service Guide work through FireFox?

I use Firefox 27.0.1, but when I switch to the Megaphone Service Guide, I am informed that it is not supported, and suggests using another one, is it just me?
Or Megafon, decided that the share of this browser is not so big?

On 17.0.1 it works. On 27.0.1 it says "Error. The service is unavailable. Please contact support." Megaphone Caucasus
