FineReader command line and FineReader engine price

1) Please tell me which version (Pro, Corporate, etc.) of FineReader can be accessed via CLI and is it possible at all? It is the work from the command line that interests me, and not HotFolder (folder processing on a schedule).
2) Does anyone know the estimated price for the FineReader engine for Windows. The price is not indicated on the company's website, and I am not able to make an official request at the moment.
