Finder - how to adjust window size?
Good day!
I'm new to the Mac world ( only two months ). The vaunted system never ceases to amaze ( or my hands are crooked ).
One of the questions - every time I start the computer again, I open the Finder window and see something like this - take.ms/HM5Xa .
Every time you have to resize the Finder window to work with it comfortably. How can I set it so that the window does not resize itself ?

On a third-party resource, I stumbled upon a solution in due time:
For window resizing, I can recommend the Moom app .
Or the free Window Keys .
1) The Mac does not need to be turned off, it is enough to throw it into sleep or hypernation, so it works great for months.
2) Finder is not the most convenient file viewer, take a look at alternative ones, for example, I use Path Finder
3) It is convenient to resize the window on a hotkey, for example, it is convenient to do it in the free BTT utility blog.boastr.net/downloads-secondbar-bettertouchtool-2
You just have not yet rebuilt and are trying to use those patterns that you are used to in another system.
4) If you still want Finder and exactly resize when loading, then write the script in the automator (this is the basic poppy tool for automating simple actions) - here is an example for safari, similar to finder ithug.com/2007/09/applescript -moving-and-resizing-...
In my Yosemite, the position and size of the Finder window is always exactly what I set.
Mac mini or laptop, it doesn't matter.
