Why don't animated websites show up on Mac OSX?

There are a few sites that don't display correctly on a Mac:
siteheart.com/ doesn't display the Login and Register buttons at the top and the robot dialog box.
banner templates are not displayed on the html5maker/templates website (and the layout also slides on the page)
on the toster.ru website, when creating a question, the "Submit" button is not pressed, even when the entire question is formulated and all fields are filled in correctly.
On another Mac, everything is displayed correctly. I tried 3 browsers (IE, Chrome, FF) of the latest versions - it doesn't work the same everywhere.
What can be wrong?

Mac conserves battery power and automatically turns off all flash banners and the like. I did not turn it off, see how to turn off this mode. And the problem will go away.

The first site works fine without flash. Perhaps you have JavaScript disabled?
You can check it like this:
- Safari > Settings > Add-ons > Show "Development" menu....
- Development > Disable JavaScript (should not be checked)
