Why isn't python 2 removed from macOS Mojave?

How to remove python completely from macOS Mojave?
I need to install python 3, but before that I had python 2. I tried deleting the Python folder in /Library and reinstalling it, but it didn't work and typing python -V still shows Python 2.7.10.
How to solve this problem?

Put the 3rd one and in PATH write a link to it, not to the 2nd one.
