Files in the seafile cloud are beating, why?

When you upload a file over 300MB to a seafile and then download it, the file is broken. If it is an archive, then a CRC error. Smaller files are downloaded normally, not broken. Bundle nginx + seafile + mysql + onlyoffice. Tried directly, without nginx, same situation. In the seafile settings, max_upload_size=1000 is set, in nginx, the settings are also taken from the official manual. There are no errors in the logs. Where else to dig?
