Fedora 19 yum broke, can't add repository, what's the reason?

when trying to install something:

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
There are no enabled repos.
Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable

sudo yum repolist all

Turn off plugins in Yum and you will be happy.
PS How does your problem relate to the "PHP" tag?
