In general, I want to cautiously say that the matter is most likely in "zram". Although you need to work for a week to say that there are definitely no more problems. So far, the uptime is 3.5 hours, the flight is normal.
I have enough operatives, so I solved the issue for the time being by simply disabling this case.
swapoff /dev/zram0
echo 1 > /sys/block/zram0/reset
sleep .5
modprobe -r zram
