Features of accounting for mobile Internet traffic by Megafon

Today there was a situation with regard to mobile Internet traffic from Megafon (NW-branch), which prompted me to ask questions of the advanced public.

So, today, being at the dacha (near Vyborg), I decided to go online through a Megafon modem and activate the Internet tariff option (Internet S), that is, this is the option to provide 2GB traffic at a limited speed of up to 512 Kbps for a period of a month .
I chose this tariff option due to the fact that at the dacha the speed is more than 512 Kbps and it does not work, because the reception is insufficient.

So, I went to the Internet around 09:06 am without any options and discounts at a rate of 1.5 rubles per megabyte. I went exclusively to the megaphone website and immediately went and logged in to the Service Guide. There I chose and paid from the account the option "Internet-S"
Judging by the details of the invoice (which I ordered for soap today) and the conversation with the operator, this option was activated and began to operate around 9 am and 10 minutes, i.e. 4 minutes after I connected and went to the megaphone website.
After connecting the option and until 10 am, I did not use the Internet, and at 10 am I specifically went to the service guide again and checked - the “Internet-S” option was connected, money was debited for it (+ 5 rubles were debited for surf. megaphone website to design this option, i.e. actually using the Service Guide for money).

And now the most interesting. Around 12 hours, 20 minutes, my Internet is cut off and I see that my balance is negative and amounts to -120 rubles (before that it was +30 rubles).
I call the operator, who informs me that I have connected the option and it began to operate from 9 am 10 minutes, and I consumed traffic outside this option until 9 am 10 minutes (although I made the first connection at 9 am 6 minutes), so that there are no “jambs” on their part.

I order the details and see the following

I really consumed about 100 megabytes before 12.20, but I did it after 10 am

Maybe I somehow misunderstand the details, but it shows that from 09:06:44 to 09:09:13, that is, in fact, in 2.5 minutes I managed to download 100 megabytes.
This is despite the fact that the modem never showed me a speed higher than 512 kbit / s

Maybe someone knows what are the features of Megafon's traffic accounting, that I was entered traffic consumption for 2.5 minutes, while I consumed it from 10 up to 12 hours (already taking into account the tariff option and free traffic of 2 GB)?

Once they activated 2 traffic packages for bonus points (for 50 and 30 MB, that is, a total of 80 MB) and began to use it. As a result, it also went into the negative, to which I was told that in order to activate, you need to disconnect from the Internet and reconnect, which they say is technically not able to compare the connection of packages and traffic consumption.
EU-but about such technical subtleties, most users are not aware of and thinking that they use bonus megabytes, they spend their money.
I think that they lie about such technical features, simply pulling money out of subscribers (essentially theft)

Or am I wrong and each subscriber should know these technical features (which are not registered anywhere) and activate traffic packages not only through the service guide, but also through connection / disconnection?

A torrent client, automatic browser updates, operating system updates...
And all this stuff starts downloading as soon as there is any available connection, without understanding the details of traffic billing.

I had a similar experience with a megaphone. A call to support with a request to return the money helped. They made an extra calculation, not everything was returned the first time (80 percent), the rest was returned on the second attempt.
And yes, many people have a bug, it is connected with the start time of the session, as already mentioned above.

I would call the operator and clearly state that
- I think that their billing is simply LIE.
Let them investigate this case.
- Let them connect with the elder. - My device does not pull 5 megabits (tell the device model, IMEI
, geographic location, let them check the model, IMEI, coverage, speed) option at the same time. If it does not help, in writing (by letter, personally in the office if accepted). If it doesn’t help, the same goes to Rospotrebnodzor. I'm really not sure that a) the money will be returned b) the game is worth the candle.
Also, in legal subtleties (how to force to accept a written image and in what form) I am not strong.
