Faulty power supply cooler, or not?

I started the computer, the cooler rattled, checked all of them separately, it turned out to be the power supply, stopped it with a stick - quietly, let it go and it worked in the same mode as usual.
Restarted, everything seems to be fine. But it's still scary, what could it be and is the cooler working?

The cooler must either be replaced or lubricated. Repair is possible only by disassembly

This is called the development or lack of lubrication in the friction pair. In the first case, cleaning (removing "chips" and old grease) and adding thick grease will help for a while. In the second - just a lubricant (but it is still better to remove the old lubricant).

The cooler in the power supply will fly soon.

Actually, Fixid and Ezhyg have already answered. There is nothing else to happen to the cooler, except for the grease to dry out. And yet (but this is very rare) the axle can loosen in the place where it is pressed into the impeller. At the same time, repairs are seemingly simple, but practically impossible, since you can fix the axis, but you won’t be able to re-balance it exactly, and the cooler will vibrate a lot. It's just a replacement.
