Facebook Open Graph why Telegram and Viber don't upload image?

In telegram and viber, image loading for preview does not work, title and description are uploaded correctly. Rummaged through a bunch of information, nothing helped. The image weighs 150 kb, width 1200 height 600. Together with the image, the server returns the correct Content-type and Content-length. It is noteworthy that Facebook and Instagram render a picture with a link correctly, but not Viber and Telegram)
