External hard drive with connection to TV and PC at the same time (possibly wi-fi)

Greetings.
Available:
- TV with wi-fi - LG 42LM660T
- d-link dir-615 router
- hdd Seagate Expansion 500GB STBX500200 2.5 USB 3.0 External Black
wi-fi network is configured.

What you need:
access to hard from both TV and PC

Why:
upload movies / files, etc. to hard from a computer, but not to rush from room to room and disconnect / connect hard to TV every other day, then to PC.

As I see the solution:
- somehow set up a "network" zhisk so that it can be seen both from a PC and from TV. It is best that the disk is connected visually to the PC, since it is the PC that works more time than the TV.

If possible, explain how, if not, sorry for wasting time.

@FedLab

1. Connect an external hard drive to your computer
2. Install a Plex media server on your computer , because LG TV is best friends with it
3. Launch MediaLink on LG

If your TV set supports the DLNA standard , then try this easy-to-learn software by installing it on your PC and then you can connect your external hard drive to your computer.

Some routers like TP-Link 1043 have usb on board and support dlna and ftp servers out of the box. Perhaps all this is in your device.
