Netmask assigned when establishing a VPN connection in Windows 10?

I deployed an l2tp server on microtic, 5f490ff2a6c90160850819.pnghere is the profile I created. The address pool in the vpn pool 5f49103c6c591760444291.pngis like this. But for some reason, when raising the tunnel or windows 10, the built-in client 5f4910791d660302852622.pngis given such a subnet mask, what should I do if I want it to be automatically 24 or any other mask

I may be stupid at one in the morning, but for the l2tp client, isn't the /32 mask issued?
