Cloudflare and Roskomnazdor

I connected cloudflare to the site, and my provider, Rostelecom, writes that the site is already in the registry, although when checking on the Roskomnadzor website, it says:

На искомом ip адресе не значится страниц в реестре по основаниям, предусмотренным статьей 15.3 Федерального закона от 27 июля 2006 года No 149-ФЗ

What to do? Where to complain?

Don't do anything about it. All reverse proxy hosts (like cloudflare) are suffering right now. Some of them no longer work with Russia.
Search the IP registry of your resource, find out what resource the IP is blocked from, how the resource will leave from there - write letters to Rostelecom and Roskomnadzor like "uh, you are blocking addresses here, assholes, but there is nothing illegal there already. That's how things are in big business not done, go sweep the streets."
In general, there are no other options. In addition to Rostelecom, there are still a lot of providers without DPI (and I strongly advise you to connect to such providers, because DPI is even more evil).

Nowhere. It is hard to argue with the imbecility of the law and its enforcement, especially when all levels of government believe that everything is working correctly.
You can try asking Cloudflare support if you can move to other IPs. True, I was told "no" six months ago.

Write to Roskomnadzor and your Rostelecom. The issue will be resolved in 2-3 weeks - I encountered it myself, everything worked out.
