Exchange Is there an error in the system application logs?

Good afternoon
Windows 2007 server + Exchange 6
I started ntbackup to create a shadow copy of the eschenzh databases, but in the middle of the copying process, the procedure ends with an error.
An error appears in the application system logs
Event Type: Error
Event Source: ESE
Event Category: Logging/Recovery
Event ID: 474
Date: 08/30/2015
Time: 10:41:48
User: N/
A Computer: SERVER-2007
Description:
Information Store (3608) First Storage Group: The database page read from the file "E:\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb" at offset 4170719232 (0x00000000f8982000) (database page 1018241 (0xF8981)) for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes failed verification due to a page checksum mismatch. The expected checksum was 3688532548220312989 (0x33304ccf57235d9d) and the actual checksum was 8371641752678700650 (0x742e0bd1b73e166a). The read operation will fail with error -1018 (0xfffffc06). If this condition persists then please restore the database from a previous backup. This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.
It turns out that the data file is physically damaged and needs to be restored. There are no normal backups. The last copy was made a few months ago.
It is logical to first check the hard disk for errors and its general condition, but I'm afraid to turn off the databases or overload the server. I think that the databases may not connect after that (now everything works without visible problems for users).
I want to disable the databases, make a copy and try to restore the database using ESEUTIL /P, but I'm afraid that the ekchenzhe may not rise after the reboot (disabling the databases).
We have about 10 users and I have already saved data from Outlook on each PC (exporting the box to PST format). It is then loaded into a clean Outlook.
