Encodings in Outlook 2011 in Mountain Lion?

Good afternoon, residents of Habr.
Here's something I'm really dumb about... In Outlook 2011, some emails incorrectly display Cyrillic in the headers and/or body of the email.
I rummaged through the settings, I did not find an item about encodings. Where to dig?
