The folder is not synchronized when Outlook caching is enabled, why?

I enabled caching of all letters from Exchange for all time in Outlook (by default it was for 1 year), the inbox normally pulled up all the letters, the rest of the folders inside the Inbox also pulled up, but one folder does not want to pull up letters, all letters older than 1 year are not pulls up, there are letters older than one year on the server, checked, but for some reason they are not pulled into the local cached version. What can help solve the problem?
