ESXi 7 installer does not see UEFI on HPE DL360 Gen8. CHADNT?

Good day!

There is an HPE DL360 Gen8 server. BIOS firmware updated.
Recorded ESXi 7 installer using RUFUS in UEFI-only mode. When you try to boot from this flash drive, a RUFUS message pops up stating that the system is trying to load a UEFI image in Legacy mode.

In the BIOS, I did not find anything related to UEFI at all.

What am I doing wrong?

HPE DL360 Gen8 supports a maximum of 6.5U3 . Esxi 7 needs gen9.
