Error when starting Visual Studio 2017?

On startup it throws an error: Visual studio could not be started due to error StreamJsonRpc.RemoteInvocationExpection: The type initializer 'Systeam.Collections.ImmutableHashSet`1' threw an exception. Installed absolutely clean, also tried to add different components but the error remains. NET Framework and Visual C++ Redist installed. What could be the problem ?

Problem solved! It turns out that my .NET Framework was damaged. After reinstalling, everything worked!
