Why is a warning thrown when trying to install EntityFramework 6.2.0 via NuGet?

Good afternoon! Please tell me why the error is
thrown Warning NU1701 Package "EntityFramework 6.2.0" was restored using ".NETFramework,Version=v4.6.1" and not project target framework ".NETCoreApp,Version=v2.1".
This package may not be fully compatible with your project.
