Is there an inexpensive time tracker for vsts (tfs,vso)?

We have 9 people in the team, we work with VSTS as the main team server. I'm looking for some kind of tool to calculate the time spent on a task, with a not too biting price tag. The main goal is to count time by tasks, not by projects, and update these tasks in vsts. Tasks mean PBI, bug, task. What I found:

• TFS Timetracker - $81 per month, $864 per year
  
• TX Crono - $45 per month, $324 per year
  
• TFS Working On - free, but too much time without updates
  

In addition, I found several time trackers, but they do not suit me because of the lack of integration or they only track projects.

• EvenHour - no integration with vsts
  
• Timecamp - no integration with vsts
  
• WakaTime - no tracking per tasks, only projects
  
• Harvest - no integration with vsts
  
• TSheets - no integration with vsts
