Error when importing a virtual machine after a backup using the HVBACKUP utility?

Hello. There is a WS2012R2 server with the Hyper-V role deployed. We are looking for the possibility of scheduled backup of virtual machines. The organization is small, so we don’t consider the replica, the load on the network is too high (if I understand the principle of the replica correctly, every 5 or 15 minutes information is sent to the replica server).
I have not tried the free solution from veeam yet, but this is for the future.
I tried HVBACKUP, made a backup copy of the machine with snapshots, when importing, it swears at the snapshots and does not want to import them.
Tell me how to fix?
