Error installing vCenter, how to get rid of it?

Good afternoon.
There are 2 hosts on the esxi hypervisor available.
I find it inconvenient to go to a separate host every time and check everything you need.
Decided to install vCenter. But immediately an error pops up.

VMware vCenter Server requires Windows Server 2008 SP2 or later. vCenter Server cannot be installed on a Domain Controller.

Installation takes place on Win 7 x64.
In some articles they write that such a trick
VMware-viclient-all-5.5.0-1281650.exe /VSKIP_OS_CHECKS="1"
should help, but as it turned out, it did not help me.

@Berezoff

there's nothing you can do about it, you have to sacrifice one server license for a 2008 server, or install vCenter Server Appliance
