How to set up video card forwarding from Mac OS to virtual Windows 10 through VMWare Fusion 8.1 Pro?
The problem is this: there is an application Galileos Viewer 1.9. It should display 3D projections of x-rays. For example, you can see it here: www.sirona.ru/ru/products/imaging-systems/galileos.... But I can't see it on a poppy - only a 2D projection is displayed. As stated in the instructions for this program, to display these views, a video card with support for Shader Model 3 must be installed in the system. I have a MacPro 11.5 and it has an AMD Radeon R9 M370X card installed. It support SM 3.0. Because the program runs under Windows, then WMWare Fusion 8.1 Pro was installed and virtually Windows 10 was installed in it. In the Fusion settings, 3D acceleration is enabled for this virtual machine. In Windows itself, if you run GPU-Z, a video card with the name VMWare SVGA 3D is displayed and there is no support for SM 3.0. Accordingly, 3D does not work in Galileos Viewer 1.9 either.
What could be the problem? Does anyone have 3D under WMWare Fusion working at all?
