English. Where to study online?

Generally. English urgently needed. There are 1.5 years to learn to understand and speak at least a little from scratch. the main thing is to read the text in English well. They advised English Galaxy (yt channel), but that technique does not suit me. I would like a little theory and a blockage of practice. Thanks

radio, first of all, listen to radio programs or audio podcasts, until the
dictionary starts to vomit - only explanatory English, no translations into Russian,
start with simple material, even from children's programs and cartoons, in order to gain minimal spoken, and then only audio, video interrupts too much a lot of visual information, and the ears do not need to strain to understand by ear
listening is the most difficult skill, so it is learned from birth, then they learn to speak, and only then read and write
if you adhere to this natural human sequence, then you will very quickly learn to understand the meaning of words from the context without a dictionary, remember the correct intonation, pronunciation, and most importantly, the correct context for the use of words and expressions, the one that distinguishes the native speaker from the rest
. the next step is to memorize ready-made phrases and expressions out loud and by heart: this is necessary to teach your articulation apparatus to automatically pronounce what you need and how you need it, just like it happens in your native language, there are only multiple trainings and repetitions, as in music and sports, the more you learn in this way, the easier it will be for you in conversation
master a native speaker teacher even on Skype - it will be ideal, but it should be a teacher who knows how to teach english as a second language - ESL
you can master at least a two-week English course in the country of the language - consider that you won the lottery, because you can only learn a language from native speakers, everything else is fairy tales for the poor, Russians for the most part will never learn to think like native speakers of English, and therefore are forever doomed to speak Russian in English letters
and then for the rest of their lives to listen a lot and memorize expressions that native speakers use it, note how they think and how they build phrases in context, and read, of course, without this,
do not listen to anyone who says that you first need to learn grammar
first you need to master spoken English, at least at the level of a 5-year-old child, and then you yourself will be able to understand what and how to teach you

Hire a girl (boy) teacher on Skype twice a week for an hour and a half. After 2-3 months, if you have at least a minimal base, you will already be adequately barking. I did exactly that.

On my way to work I listen to BBC broadcasts, you can find [British English/Podcast/podcast] on the root tracker BSW AVG 2017 -BBC Russian: Say the word / Learn English with BBCRussian / Self-study English with explanations in Russian / Beginner / Elementary / PreIntermediate [2007-2016, MP3, RUS]
(how to enter, I hope you figure it out :) Tor, for example)
Pretty good, as for me. Different voices + quite fun and interesting. For passive study, it is quite suitable, I think.
