English-language IT-blogs of Russian authors?

Please tell me what English-language blogs of Russian IT authors do you know/read?
I would like to raise the blog myself and for the general tone to keep it in English. Would like to see examples as a "role model" you some way.
Google stubbornly takes either to the English-speaking Internet, or, at best, to cheerful Indians writing in English.
Interested in relatively broad topics (similar to Habr): from system administration to F# coding.
Thanks in advance, I always choose Answer-solution.
