Encoding negotiation in vsFTPd?
FTP in Zentyal (Ubuntu 20.04.04 LTS) is implemented via vsFTPd. Everything works well, except for folders and files with Russian names. Linux stores folder names in UTF8. And when connected via FileZilla and WinSCP, the files are displayed in ISO-8859-1 and WINDOWS-1251 encodings, respectively. Squiggles are visible instead of file names.
How to properly configure vsFTPd?
