How to resume boot Ubuntu server 18.04?

The server didn't turn on today.
The bios is loaded and after a black screen with a blinking cursor.
Pulled out the ssd and stuck it in the laptop - it booted without problems!
1u server on Supermicro motherboard. Where to dig, what to do?

pull everything out of the server except the system disk to start with. And change the port for the disk. Maybe some device is slowing down, or the cable has come off ...

Reset BIOS. Try to boot if it doesn't help. Flash BIOS. I myself encountered this on the ASUS motherboard, but the truth is that the OS is different.
