Can't set up multiple Apache2 virtual hosts, Ubuntu?

Hello, I installed LAMP and wanted to set up some virtual hosts on a local machine (a laptop connected to a router via a cable).

At the request of the moderator, I removed the screenshots of the files, as it was necessary in the text. But everything was done according to the manual.

Solved the problem:
Initially, the standard file in the html folder was opened by localhost, so I thought that the problem was with the /etc/hosts. Something there is incorrectly addressed, although I double-checked the rest of the files. In general, I renamed the names from .dev to .com in all files and folders and it worked. Then I created a few more folders with the com domain and everything also works.
Are there any restrictions on dev?

Cap recommends that you go the other way
Install a free web panel.
Create a few configs through it and you will get a user-friendly interface.
And it will be much easier to study, and the web server is not only apache, but here you will already have configs ready under your eyes.
Here are the easiest ones to install.
