In general, toster has the most pleasant interface of these sites;)

The toaster in its current state is, first of all, an entertainment resource like bash, but not with quotes, but with funny questions.
Target audience practically does not intersect with normal stackowerflow, and Russian is not needed - all sane specialists sit in English.
