Employment in the absence of permanent registrations (propiska)?

Hello!
Googled and couldn't find an answer to my question. Is it possible to employ a junior front end (or even an experienced specialist) as a developer in the absence of permanent registrations (there is a temporary registration for several years)? How problematic is it to get a job in this case (to be refused when applying for a job)? Perhaps you or someone you know had a similar experience.
Thank you.

I think it depends on the company. But, I think that if there is an official temporary registration, which, according to the laws of the Russian Federation, allows you to work, then there should be no problems.
I myself have not encountered such problems, tk. I have citizenship of the Russian Federation, but I always scored for temporary registration at the place of current residence. Nobody cared at all.

Firstly, it doesn’t matter whether you have a registration or not.
Secondly, a temporary registration is a full-fledged analogue of a permanent one, only it has an expiration date

It doesn't matter unless you're a stateless refugee.

The girl, when she arrived in Moscow and got a job, was asked about a residence permit in Moscow.
I don't remember how, but she got it.
PS I think this is a question in the format "do you need a higher education", "do you need work experience" - if you are a cool specialist whom everyone wants, then they will turn a blind eye to all this. But if you are average or below the level - they may ask, and may refuse on the basis of the absence of something.

I strongly agree with HellWalk. It all depends on the level of the specialist and the level of the office where you get a job (because there is a mutual comparison).

I got a job in a large company, having only a temporary registration for 1 year in St. Petersburg, I do not have any permanent registration (the passport is empty). But I'm not a junior, I had work experience.

No one cares, except for:
the State Office,
Large corporations,
where money is close (banks, etc.).
