Email client to work with email headers?

Hello. I'm looking for an email client for convenient work with email headers.
reply-to / from / etc
This is very conveniently implemented in AMS Enterprise. But it is paid and does not suit me because I need to send few letters, and not mass mailings like in ams.
Perhaps you can advise a more convenient analogue of ams.
