What are the third party SMTP servers?

They are making mysite.com and I need a server to send mail.
The easiest option, goole, but letters will come from @gmail.com but I still want @mysite.com
1.My hosting provides such a mail service, but I don't know what will happen if I want to change hosting?
2. I tried to find third-party servers in Google, so that I would pay a small amount of money there, (let's say 10 rubles for 100 letters), I registered it in the site settings and letters were sent from it, regardless of the hosting. But I didn't find

it. Can I make mail on hosting and be afraid to lose it with letters when changing hosting?
What third-party services exist for these purposes?

Good afternoon!
You can make mail on free Yandex Connect or Mile ru for business, and send letters via paid SMTP, for example, via SMTP BZ
