Electronic voting in the Presidential and other elections in Russia using a public services account?

I am a member of the Precinct Electoral Commission. He became one quite recently and has not yet had time to go to the polls. After reading manuals and educational materials from the last elections, I just came to the sting of the imperfection of the electoral system.
The Internet is already so deeply integrated into our lives that we should already be able to vote remotely. But we don't have it. And you can ignore various experiments like “come to our commission personally three days before the election and pick up the disk, then install our software for yourself and you can vote on election day.”
Now many have an account on the public services website. And due to the fact that the provision of services via the Internet is becoming more and more in demand, the number of users is growing very quickly, and by the next presidential election it will reach at least several million people. Campaigning for voting on the ROI website, which processes citizens' proposals, and uses the State Services account, is doing no less now. I would even guess that it is big.
So far, there are still 4 years left before the elections to the State Duma, and there is time to create a platform for electronic voting based on the State Services portal.
In terms of electronic voting, there are already many technologies that allow you to protect the vote of each voter, leaving him anonymous, as well as allowing you to check the presence of your vote and the choice made at any time. Some officials
also think so . Let's all do it together! I would like to prepare, including legally, on this issue. If it's not difficult, leave some information (possible in English) about electronic voting, methods of protection, an article on economic feasibility and electoral interest. Appeal on the ROI website www.roi.ru/poll/petition/chinovniki-i-gos-uslugi/g... (not mine)

No, the idea itself is good and not new. But the problem is that in my office no one bothers me to show that my vote was taken into account correctly, but in the general mass it is counted for others and go figure it out, it’s quite difficult, if not impossible, then it will be impossible to check if anonymity then.

Against the background of the detected cheats on the ROI website, the idea looks dubious.
