Education and training abroad?

Now I am getting a diploma of a specialist in one of the universities of Russia computer science.
I'm already working as a software engineer in one fairly well-known company.
I need to make a choice - whether to continue my studies further or not.
If so, where would you recommend studying? For some reason, I don't want to study in Russia anymore.
Therefore, what can you advise from universities abroad?
The sight goes rather to graduate school, but a master's degree is also possible in computer science.
What prospects can this give?
The questions arose because in the future I would really like to work for Google or some other monster abroad. I am interested in tasks related to advertising on the web and mobile platforms. Java backend specialization. And I don’t know if a Russian diploma and the knowledge that I received there are enough for me to work abroad.
Conditions for admission: I apply for a red diploma, there are scientific publications.
The question turned out to be a little chaotic, I will be grateful for your advice and, perhaps, even personal experience

If you are interested in Europe, then look at the Erasmus Mundus programs. And with a diploma of a specialist, as I understand it, you can only go to a magistracy.
P.S. If the goal is a device in a foreign company, then you can immediately start with this.

If your dream is to work in a large international company, of course, it is
desirable to study abroad. In order to immediately acquire those skills and work skills that the employer needs.
To select universities, first of all, look at the world rankings of universities in your field, for example, the QS World report ranking, and shorten the list according to financial capabilities. Also, be sure to
make an adjustment for those countries where it is realistic to get the right to work after graduation. After all, even after completing the strongest program, it will be very difficult to find a job if the country after the expiration of the student visa does not give time to look for a job.
Based on these indicators, we recommend that you consider the following universities:
-University of Manchester
- University of Twente
- Trinity College Dublin
- University of Toronto
- Northeastern University
- Monash
