EDS key falls off in Win2008 on ESXi. Where can be a glitch?

Guys, tell me this glitch:
I put a new server in the office, as a hypervisor esxi 6.5.0, Win2008 R2 on it, a terminal server on Windows.
There is an Avest AvPass key inserted into the server's usb2.0 port and forwarded into the machine via EHCI+UHCI.
PROBLEM: the crypto provider loses connection with the key with enviable frequency: it can write "file not found", "module not found", "keys on the media are missing", "Wrong password".
QUESTION: What could be the problem and where to dig? Is there something wrong with the crypto provider or, as I read somewhere, that Windows has a glitch with forwarding keys from esxi to non-admin accounts?
From the admin account today, I also caught several times "Wrong password", "file not found",
Maybe someone from experience has experienced forwarding Avest on ESXi, how do they behave?
