Hello.
On 45GB, I need to fit the host win8-10 for vmware 16, and 2 guest ltsc. What builds or compression tweaks do you recommend?

This can only be done by pre-editing the images via DISM (disable the paging file, unnecessary functionality, integrate important updates), after installation they will weigh about 12-14 GB (with Windows folder compression enabled, you can win another 2-3 GB).
But after that, forget about Windows update, installing programs, etc.
