Duplicates of the main page - Yandex ignores "canonical"?

With the help of Yandex, Webmaster found a large number of duplicates of the main page: site.ru/shop/p/4, site/ru/shop/p/5, etc., after which he contacted the site's technical support service with a request to fix the "problem". The guys did everything with the Canonical tag, but it doesn't really help. In the Webmaster's personal account, I observe how all the same duplicates get into the index and are removed from it marked "Non-canonical" in a chaotic manner.
